If your challan is not able to be withdrawn in the manner mentioned above, then you follow the instructions given below –

In fact, Bihar Food Supply Department has recently made some new updates on the official distribution portal of ration and E-Pos machines. Due to which the ration distributors are having difficulty in finding their epds challan. But we have also brought a solution for you so that you will not have any problems.

First of all, to download EPDS Bihar Challan, first of all, visit the official website of Aadhaar Enabled Public Distribution System (AePDS) epos.bihar.gov.in.
In the menu bar on the home page, click on the option Dealer Challan shown in the Sub Menu under the Depot option.

Now you have to choose Month, Year, District, Depot, FPS (epos machine code), and SIO. Now according to the details given in front of you, Dealer Challan Detail For FPS List will open.
Click the PRINT DEALER CHALLAN button to download the dealer invoice.
